How do I clean my Stanley vacuum-insulated bottle?
Most Stanley products are dishwasher safe, but we recommend checking the bottom of your bottle for the dishwasher symbol. For best results and to preserve the finish, hand wash with mild soap and warm water.
What is covered under the Stanley Lifetime Warranty?
We stand by our products. Stanley offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, dents, or scratches.
How long will my beverage stay hot or cold?
Thermal performance varies by product size and design. Our Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumblers can keep drinks cold for up to 11 hours and iced for up to 2 days. Check individual product pages for specific ratings.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Orders typically process within 2-4 business days. Once your gear is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow its journey.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
